First, let me confirm if I understand your issue correctly.

Let's say there are two Classes(Class A and Class B) and Class A has a hyperlink to Class B (Specified from [Add Model & Element] in the hyperlink setting).









You export this model into HTML from [Tool] - [Export HTML] menu. In the "Class A" page, there is a "Class B" under Hyperlinks:, but without a link to the "Class B" page. (In red rectangle in the figure below.)






Currently models under [Hyperlinks:] would be shown without hyperlinks to its pages. We'll consider improving this in the future.

If this is not what you are describing, I am sorry and please let me know more about this in details.
