2. Description
An exception error occurs when:
- Creating a new project file
- Opening an existing project file
if you have the "hierarchy view" on Astah.






3. Solution
Hide the "hierarchy view" by following the instruction below:
1) Go to [Tool] - [System Properties] from Main Menu
2) [System Properties] window opens, select [Project View] from the left menu
3) Take the tick off from [Show Hierarchy view (Restart Astah)] and then select [Apply] - [OK]







4) Restart Astah
