How to add an interface? Hello,
i'm just learning how to build diagrams using Jude. I am trying to add an interface, but the simble that appears is only a circle with a space bellow to fill with the name of the interface. Is there a way to draw my interface in a box format with the identifier <<interface>> upside, and with space to fill the interface's name? With kind regards! |

--- Right click on the Interface symbol in the diagram and then select Icon Notation (near bottom) from the context menu. Alternately select Stereotype Normal from the toolbar. In addition you will want to turn off visibility of the attribute compartment by selecting "Attribute Compartment Visibility" from the context menu. What I haven't figure out is how to get Jude to do this by default. Can't wait for this feature to be configurable. |

Re: How to add an interface? Hello Julianna, thanks for your post!
Here is an instruction to add an actor on a Sequence Diagram. 1. Right click on one of Packages in Structure View (Top-left pane) to have a Pop-Up Menu. 2. Select [Create Model] - [Add Actor] 3. Drag the Actor from Structure View onto a Sequence Diagram. Cheers, -satomi |
