CRUD diagram is really usefully for an engineer, but there is one point about user experience(UI) need to be improved.

CRUD normal shows a matrix table for "User Case".../Model.
Due do the length of model/table, the header row shows vertically. for overview, I think it's fine. but if I want to check a particular function related tables, it's very hard to read due to the header display vertically.

I think this user experience can be improved by open a new view when I double click a "User Case" or a "Table" at
the same time show all the Cases/Tables name horizontally

Case 1: If double click a "User Case" then it will show as below

Case 2: If double click a "Table" then it will shows as below
