- dragging the ER Entity from structure tree and dropping it onto UML Class diagram
- dragging UML Model (Class or Actors..etc) from structure tree and dropping it onto ER Diagram
- selecting [Convert to ER Entity] from UML model's pop-up menu in the tree
- selecting [Convert to Class] from ER Entitie's pop-up menu in the tree

3. Solution
When you convert models, use either of following ways instead of the methods above.

1) From [Tool] menu
[Tool] - [ER Diagram] - [Convert ER Model to UML Model]
[Tool] - [ER Diagram] - [Convert UML Model to ER Model]

2) Convert per Diagram
Select [Convert to Class Diagram] on ER Diagram's pop-up menu or [Convert to ER Diagram] on Class Diagram's Pop-up menu. All the ER Entities/UML models in the diagram will be converted with its Attributes.
