Change Vision, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") respects and protects privacy of users of our products and services and intends to provide you with a secure and stable environment in cyberspace. This Privacy Statement is prepared to clarify treatments of your personal information on the websites we operate and explain what options we can offer to you in relation to the way how your information is collected and we use such information, in the furtherance of protection of your personal information. This Privacy Statement covers personal information and non-personal information.
Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. We use personal information to understand better your needs and interests and to provide you with better service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We take seriously the trust you place in us. If you wish to receive various information providing services for our members, download software, purchase products and/or services, receive technical support with respect to the products and/or services, receive information on event seminars, request certain information and subscribe to marketing or support materials, we request you to provide information such as your name and e-mail address. 3. How we use your information

The Company’s websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you have access to those links, you will leave our website. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by this Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with us. That sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy.

7. Your privacy preferences and opting out

The Company may contract with our affiliates or third party companies in connection with the performance of our services.
