Have you ever had a trouble with launching astah*?

We sometimes receive emails from users saying,
"I get an error when I try to launch astah*."
"astah* does not start after I did its version-up."

So the first thing we ask them to try is to download and install the astah* installer JRE-bundled version, and it usually works.

1. Login to ChangeVision Members
2. Select [Download] from the left menu
3. Select edition you would like to download
4. Select version you would like to download
5. Download the installer has '-jre-setup.exe' at the end
e.g) astah-xxxxx-x_x-jre-setup.exe







You need to have a specific version of Java to run astah* on and it varies depending on which version of astah* you are using. And this JRE-bundled installer already contains a necessary Java environment in.
