I am using a modified Rational approach to use cases. I have a separate Astah Package that contains a Requirements Table where I maintain my Business Rules. These Business Rules are maintained in this table and are usable in any number of Use Cases. I need the ability to insert text in the Basic Flow of a Use Case Description and set a hyperlink on that text to the Business Rule maintained in the Business Rules Requirements Table. Then, by clicking on the hyperlink in the text of the Use Case Description, it would open up the Business Rules Requirements Table.

I would also like to be able to set a hyperlink on specific text in a Use Case Description, which would also enable me to insert links to other sections in the Use Case Description such as, Alternate Flows or Exception Flows.
