We have released JUDE/Community 5.4 beta version and UML 2.0 is partially supported in it. So this means that you are able to create "Combined Fragment" in Sequence Diagram in JUDE/Community.  - Combined Fragment on the Tool bar of JUDE/Community 5.4beta  Please be aware that this is a beta version so this may contain bugs and the project files have been edited or saved with this version may not be able to open in other versions.
